LOAN REQUIREMENTS:

1. HOUSING LOAN APPLICATION  FORM

[     ] Duly accomplished application form

 

1. INCOME DOCUMENTS (depending on income  source)

           If Locally Employed:

[     ] Certificate of Employment (COE) indicating salary, position and length of service

[     ] Latest income Tax Return (ITR)

 

           If  Overseas  Filipino :

[     ] POEA registration number (to be verified by the bank)

[     ] Certificate of employment /contract of employment + 1 month latest pay slip

(Original or downloaded)

 

[     ] Bank remittances to co- borrower   or original copies   of allotment to co-borrower or any

Immediate family member for the past 3 months.

 

         If Self –Employed:

[     ] Articles of Incorporation /By-Laws/SEC Registration

[     ] Audited Financial Statement (FS)/ITR for the last 2 years

[     ] List of Trade References (at least 3 major suppliers and 3 major clients with

Telephone nos. complete address and contact persons)

 

        If Practicing Doctor:

[     ] Clinic Address/es and schedules

 

        If from Commission:

[     ] Vouchers or Bank statements (for the last 6 months reflecting commission income)

 

If from Rental of Properties:

[     ] Rental/Notarized lease contracts

[     ] Photocopy of Titles (TCT/CCT) as proof of ownership
