Initially, we will request a copy of the following documents:
a. Copy of the Title
b. Copy of the Tax Declaration
c. Copy of Lot Plan
d. Copy of Vicinity Map
We will send you copy of the Authority to Sell so that you can indicate the lot area, selling price and all other information related to the property. Moreover, the Authority to Sell makes it official that you as the Seller has authorized us to sell your property.
After our marketing efforts and we are able to close the sale, we will collect Broker’s Fee.
Documentation like Title transfer and other services have separate fee.
